Whole Free Range Chicken

Our pasture raised chickens are
premium meat birds.

Our chicken tractors (pens) are moved every day to give chickens access to fresh grass. In addition to fresh pasture and open air, the chickens’ diets are supplemented by a natural un-medicated ration consisting of corn and soybean meal.

At 3-4lb. each, these make great roasting birds. You can also quarter or eighth the chickens to suite your desired culinary dish.

Whole Free Range Duck

Our ducks are given free range of the farm, where they are able to forage on grass and woodlands, and take a swim in the creek that runs through our farm.

Their diet is supplemented with an un-medicated ration consisting of corn and soybean meal. Ducks dress out to 3-4lb. of meat.

 

Cornish Game Hens/ Poussin

Available Feb-April

Our Cornish game hens are raised cage-free on a natural un-medicated grain ration consisting of freshly milled corn and soybean meal.

They drink chemical-free natural spring water. Processed at no more than four-weeks old, these tender hens dress out to a weight between 1-1.5lb.
